Dr. Hamsa Al-Dulaimi has been a member of MPA since 1998.
After graduating from the Baghdad College of Medicine, Dr. Al-Dulaimi completed her training in pathology at The Glasgow School of Pathology in Scotland and the Pathology residency program at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).
Dr. Al-Dulaimi is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and is a fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists.
She is a general surgical pathologist with a special interest in Pediatric Pathology.
Dr. Shannon Bey, M.D., is a St. George’s University of Medicine graduate.
She completed an Anatomical and Clinical Pathology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina before moving to a Cytopathology fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital, allowing her to rotate through MD Anderson and Baylor.
Dr. Bey previously spent three years in Pennsylvania practicing Community Medicine and was a former member of the CAP Cytopathology Committee and the ASC Cytopathology Program Director’s Committee.
She excels in interpreting fine needle aspiration and ROSE and maintains a strong interest in Surgical Pathology.
Dr. Bey is board certified in Anatomical Pathology, Clinical Pathology, and Cytopathology.
John-Paul Bouffard, M.D., graduated from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 1990.
He did his Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center, San Antonio, TX.
His fellowship in Neuropathology was performed at The Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in 2002.
He is board certified in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology, and Neuropathology.
He served as Chief of the Neuromuscular Division at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology from 2002 to 2004.
From 2004 to 2006, he served as a surgical pathologist/neuropathologist at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX, as well as a deputy medical examiner at the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office, Ft. Worth, TX.
Dr. Bouffard specializes in Neuropathology and General Surgical Pathology.
Dr. Monica Chung received her bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Rutgers).
She completed her residency at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, where she was the chief resident.
Dr. Chung went on to complete a Breast Pathology fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.
She also completed a fellowship in Oncologic Surgical Pathology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY, as chief fellow.
Her areas of interest and expertise include Surgical Pathology with a specialty in Breast Pathology.
She is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
Dr. Nikolay Dimov is a graduate of the Medical University of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and completed his residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.
He completed a fellowship in Hematopathology at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.
Dr. Dimov is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology.
Dr. Angel de Dios Quintero is a graduate of Universidad de Ciencias Medicas de Villa Clara, Cuba.
He worked as a family physician for four years: two years in Cuba and two years in Venezuela.
After coming to the United States, he completed his Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, NY.
Dr. de Dios Quintero completed his fellowships at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, NY, in Oncologic Surgical Pathology.

He then worked as a clinical instructor and junior faculty member at the University of Kansas for one year.

Dr. Yaser Hussein is a graduate of Al-Nahrain University, College of Medicine in Baghdad, Iraq.
He completed his residency at Wayne State University, Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, MI.
Dr. Hussein completed his fellowships at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY, in Oncologic Surgical Pathology and Gynecologic Pathology.
He then worked as a clinical instructor and junior faculty at Memorial Sloan Kettering for one year.

She graduated from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile (Catholic University of Chile) and completed her Pathology residency and Hematopathology fellowship at the University of Arizona.
Dr. Jaramillo was an attending pathologist at the Southern Arizona VA Health System and an assistant professor of Pathology at the University of Arizona – College of Medicine.
She is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and specializes in Hematopathology and Immunohistochemistry.
Dr. Maria Pedemonte is Chief of Pathology Atlantic Health System, Chairman of Pathology Morristown Medical Center, and Director of Laboratories Atlantic Consolidated Laboratories. In addition, Dr. Pedemonte is the Director of Laboratory Services at Hunterdon Medical Center, Flemington.
She has trained at Columbia University and is board certified in Hematopathology, Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and Immunopathology.
Dr. Pedemonte was selected for America’s Top Physicians from 2013 through 2016.
She was an adjunct assistant professor of Pathology at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Dr. Qing Lin graduated from Tianjin Medical University in China.

Before joining MPA, Dr. Lin was an attending pathologist at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, NJ.

Dr. Rachel Ochs is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed residency training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
She completed fellowships in Hematopathology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Surgical Pathology at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Ochs is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology.
She graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey.

During his training, Dr. Samad published several papers on Pancreatobiliary Cytopathology and also coauthored a book chapter in Neoplastic Mimics in Genitourinary Pathology.
Dr. Samad joined MPA as an associate pathologist in July 2014.
Dr. Navèr Sarkissian is board certified in Dermatopathology, Anatomic Pathology, and Clinical Pathology.
She completed a Dermatopathology fellowship at Rutgers University-New Jersey Medical School.
Dr. Sarkissian was also trained at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology and Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, NY.
She completed her Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency at St. Barnabas Health Care System in Livingston, NJ.
Dr. Sarkissian received her medical degree from the Medical University, School of Medicine, Varna, Bulgaria, and her Ph.D. in Virology from the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Moscow, Russia.

Dr. Diana Sung is a Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School graduate in New Jersey.

Dr. Sung then completed a Gynecologic and Perinatal pathology fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical Center.
